6. What do you want to do to help the server? i want to make it a fun environment were people can come and hang out and not have to deal with annoying people who are rdm and breaking rules

8. Describe your previous experience as staff if you have any. (Don't post IP) i actually don't have that much experience being a staff member but i have been a co-owner for a few different discords
