As of right now, 15 almost 16 very soon, coming up in September, on the 17th. (I am more mature than the average 15-16 year old). People are surprised of my level of maturity.

As I am typing this at the moment, I have 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I am an Owner/Developer and coded some of it myself, on DayZ Standalone. So I feel like I would be able to help out a brand new server, such as this one in particular. The reason why I am not on my own server is because the host basically just shut it down out of nowhere and gave up when I spent a full week and a half working on my own server everyday, from when I woke up to when I got off only to sleep, I know and was taught a bit of code as well so I am familiar with it. Overall, I just want players to have a good time for once on a game that they like to play, meaning I am fair, kind, nice and generous, but ofc am able to flip that switch any day or any moment to become very or however strict depending on the situation, with reasoning.

Yes, way back when Matt had the server up, we could just say that I am an old friend of Matt's.

GMod - Co-Owner/Superadmin, Head-Admin/Staff Manager, and Admin.
CSS (Counter-Strike: Source) - Owner, Co-Owner/Superadmin, Head-Admin/Staff Manager, and Admin. I have 4k hours on CSS, half of it is staffing that I played on a game mode called JailBreak/JB, similar to DarkRP as it is roleplay technically.

9. What does it mean to “be staff”
To be staff; helping a server in particular to UndiscoveredRP, also let the people to help by leaving suggestions to staff, which in my opinion if someone leaves a suggestion then that staff member shall mention it to the team, and the owners and higher-ups, so we can then improve the server and make the people who join look and say to themselves and/or friends "Damn, this server had effort put into it, this is an amazing experience!" Furthermore the fact of being staff, is to help make a server and come up with new updates and improve it from previous/any other updates. Lastly intend the server to be creative, and let the people not get what they want, but leave suggestions and such, to make the server better. That way the staff and anyone else can disagree or agree, and create it so players can enjoy it much more as they continuously play the server.

I want the server to become good with excellent staff and to make the game big just to help the server. If I am admin, my goal is to make the server get at least 25 people every day for a week, and I want the people to think that I am a good admin and they would ask me for help and I want people to tell other people about the server so it could get more popular.

I think the meaning of staff is responsibility and trust, and the point of being it is to help the server out and make the server better just being you and admin to me means to do your best to show everyone how good you can be. If they think you are right it is a good goal, but if people don't like you if you are admin that is not good and I hope if I am admin, it will not happen and admin also means to make everything better just being you and make reasonable goals like compliments. Also, admin is all about trust, and if people trust you they would like to go to a sit and ask questions not being scared or afraid to be in a sit I will try to make it easy and fast as possible to make the server fast and running without a problem.

I want to help the server out by trying to be a good admin and to make the server a better place. I think the meaning of staff is responsibility and trust, and the point of being it is to help the server out and make the server better just being you and admin to me means to do your best to show everyone how good you can be. If they think you are right it is a good goal, but if people don't like you if you are admin that is not good and I hope if I am admin, it will not happen and admin also means to make everything better just being you and make reasonable goals like compliments. Also, admin is all about trust, and if people trust you they would like to go to a sit and ask questions not being scared or afraid to be in a sit I will try to make it easy and fast as possible to make the server fast and running without a problem.

In a way, yes. I have told the owner about a few glitches I have found and he has taken them into consideration. I am willing to contribute to the server more by helping with sits and players that do need any help.

I do have experience as a staff member on the |-ICE-| servers. I was a Moderator, then promoted to HeadModerator but then I resigned.

What I think it means to "be staff" is to be able to manage a server properly and be able to communicate with people in a positive manner and be able to solve issues efficiently and without getting anyone worked up or angry in any way. I think that I can make this happen if I get a chance to be staff on the server and I would love to have this opportunity to help the server and make it a big server that a lot of people will be looking forward to play on.
