I'm dealing with this company right now and it's stressing me out. They call my phone constantly, sometimes several times before noon, and they even left a message with my brother saying they needed to speak with me about an important matter. I never gave them his number. When I finally answered and told them to stop calling, they got rude and threatened to garnish my wages over a debt I have never seen any paperwork for. I asked for something in writing and they just kept pushing me to pay over the phone. I started keeping a log of every call and saving every voicemail. I honestly don't know if this is normal or if my rights are being violated. Has anyone else gone through this with them?
