I looked through half a dozen posts about how to write a leadership essay. One caught my eye and I wish that I had found it sooner. It was an article at elsalvadorinfo.net giving practical tips about high school and college essay-writing. Two of the points I found particularly helpful were: First, it is important to avoid focusing on one person in the paper. Although I find it foolish, I have never considered the possibility of comparing two or more people in a leadership essay. These people should create a compelling story due to their diverse approaches and characteristics. Even though it might make research and making decisions more difficult, it will be worth it. Second, I love the idea of using interviews to research. I plan on looking for first-person stories and third-person accounts about the people I choose. “How to Write a Leadership Paper with a Special Emphasis on Salvador's Outstanding People of Salvador” also included some technical recommendations such as using a cloud text processor and using quotes to make the introduction. However, I won’t spoil the post. It is full of useful information.
